+ SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders are processed within 5-10 business days from the time we receive them. Depending on the weight of the order, they are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an automatic notification from us once your order has shipped with a tracking number. 

***Please note all our orders are made fresh just for you, so they require time to prepare. Thank you for your patience!

We currently ship to Canada and Australia - please be aware that we include region and territory tax at checkout. We will be shipping to Europe very soon.  Please note, Yoke is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

+ RETURNS POLICY 

Our Ayurveda Apothecary products are bottled to order, and  made specially just for you with fresh dried flowers and bark. Unfortunately we cannot take any Ayurveda Apothecary returns.

+ CUSTOM AYURVEDA BLENDS

We take on a very limited number of custom blend projects, as well as private label. The time-frame and cost varies depending on the scope and scale of each project.  We will work with you closely to craft the best Ayurveda formulation based upon your intentions and needs. + SACRED SPACE DESIGN CONSULTANCY

While we loved providing sacred space interior management, we are no longer providing this service.

+ WHOLESALE TERMS

All unused items can be returned within 14 business days. We cannot accept used or damaged items once they have been handled on the store premise. All returns are subject to a restock fee of 15%. This fee is to inspect and restock the item for sale. Purchasing of goods at wholesale is an acceptance of these terms.
